SENIOR ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP Form
Scholarship to be Awarded:
➢ One (1) $1000 one-time scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who is a resident of Stamford, Texas.
Eligibility: ➢ Must be a resident of Stamford. ➢ Must have a minimum 3.00 GPA. ➢ Must submit a completed application no later than February 28, 2024.
Criteria for awarding scholarship: ➢ Academics ➢ Community Service Involvement (20 hours required, 10 with the Stamford Chamber of Commerce) ➢ Recommendations (1 Personal recommendation letter, 1 Teacher recommendation letter)
Disbursement: ➢ Will be paid to the accredited vocational-technical school, trade school, college, or university of the recipient upon furnishing proof of enrollment.
